A paint program like no other. Project Dogwaffle Howler lets you paint with a large number of natural media styles as well as unique medias like particle foliage, animated brushes and more. Tablet devices are fully supported.

There are advanced painting modes such as symmetry painting. There are a large number of filters that operate in real-time and full-screen. Also provided are video and animation tools such as a timeline, keyframer, batch scanning, cleanup, exposure sheet, rotoscoping, and motion tracking.

Some examples files would be great!

If we had some example files with a quick description on how you obtained it, it would be very helpful to become efficient without trying all the brushes and effects one by one! Even when one knows [Fractal]Paint, Photoshop or others :) Great...

Should be possible to delete base layer leaving new layers intact (eg draw outline on base layer, draw finished version on higher layers, then delete base layer).

the program only asks if want to exit, it does not warns about changes made, and giving option to save

Those getting richtx32.ocx error download RICHTX32.ocx file use google.After DL put file in c:windows/system32 then go to Run type regsvr32 RICHTX32.OCX and done.

Project Dogwaffle's complex of websites is a confusing maze of old useless web pages advertising ancient versions and containing dead links. It is hard to find relevant info. Too much navigation. In a nutshell, the PD websites are a major mess...

change the icons and color (pattern) of toolbars to what they were in older versions - like 5, or 7. These make Waffle look cheap and indistinct.
